    Curse you Amazon! "Open Orders" removed with no substitute.

    I usually have a half-dozen or more books and CDs pre-ordered. Until today under Orders I could choose Open Orders to see a list of them and remind myself what I'd pre-ordered and when it would be released. No longer. Pre-orders are only viewable through the regular order and digital order...
