AOC E1659FWU USB Monitor not working

Hey folks. I recently purchased an AOC E1659FWU to use as an auxiliary monitor for my Dell E5540 laptop. I can’t seem to get it to work. I installed the latest drivers from here: LINK and Windows 10 sees it as a usb device named “EasySuite” for whatever reason. The version of Windows I am running is Windows 10 version 1803 (build 17134.112). Any help here would be greatly appreciated!! I forgot to add that I tried it on a different machine with the same results.
 
Wait, it's usb powered? Did you try it with a powered usb hub? Like a usb hub with a power supply?

Looks like it depends on software driver to make it work. Maybe grab new drivers from aoc website and reinstall
