Question B350 3700x or Upgrade

Hey boys

I'm looking to see whether or not my ASUS STRIX B350-F is going to be enough for my 3700X.

I got pretty decent airflow on my case and I'll prolly keep using my H7 as the cooler.

I'm pretty sure that I do not want to buy a X570 so I'm really torn between just rolling with the B350 until B550 releases or getting a motherboard that will allow the CPU to use all of the auto boosts (XFR + PBO) because from what I've found it brings you the best results to stability ratio.
I'd also want to try and get my B-Die 3200 C14 to at least 3600 for the optimal 1:1 infinity fabric ratio so I'm also looking at whether I should look for a Daisy Chain motherboard.

Here's my current parts.

If BIOS is available and you don't want a new board the 3700X should be fine on the board w/ 3200 mem, unless you're looking for OC capability.

Should be fine, unless you need great OC capability or the newest features.

Jeeze that color coding is great. I'm also thinking of waiting for B550.

So if I have a capable chip a simple bios update will get PBO to work on a B450 or X470 as well. As long as the board can handle it.

Just for future people. My b350-f strix handles the 3700x like a champ. Everything by default with PBO+AutoOC gives it a max registered core clock of 4.34 Ghz

Memory XMP Profile (3200CL14) Had to be trained by using XMP Timings but letting speed at 2666 Mhz and booting with incremental speed bumps until 3200 Mhz.

Overall very happy with AM4.
