Battlefield 1 - where did all the players go

I am having difficulty finding populated games. Even on the classic maps. Last time I went to server browser there were only two servers with pin <100 and decently sized games. Even doing quick match results in me being placed on an empty server. I have the version with all expansion packs.
 
Well, the game is almost 2yrs old. I am seeing about 2 dozen full servers in North America. Use the server browser, quickmatch never worked well for me even when the game was new and busy.

Are you trying to find a specific gamemode? Conquest is the most popular.
 
My filters must have been off. I will try again tonight - I only saw 2 games that were open to join. I don't think there was anywhere close to 2 dozen servers.
