CSGO PC stuttering after 10-15 mins of gaming

Monitor: LG 24GM79G-B 144hz
Headset: HyperX cloud 2
Mouse: Rival 100 and steelseriespad
SSD: 500GB evo samsung
Motherboard: Asus z170 AR
PSU: Corsair RM750w Cooler: Hyper 212 evo
Internet : Airtel 40 mbps

temps are fine GPU=40 CPU= 50

I have searched all links and utube videos, nothing fixed my problem. Please help
 
Ever consider turning off your antivirus software? I had this problem a while back. It usually keeps scanning your system and floods the memory and in the end it cause memory bottleneck. I'm using Avast btw.
