hi all, i was tweaking with ram clocks and cpu speed in some software and cmoputer isnt booting up ,not starting at all.. some said i might have corrupted the bios.. so i am thinking may be is it possible to fix th ebios with epprom ch software usb from aliexpress? the bios chip is W25Q16BVAIG 1023

if it doesnt reset from the jumper then take the cmos battery out with it unplugged for 30 mins. i did once mess up my bios and had to order a new chip but i dont think you did it from ram clocks.
 
i did mess up the ram clocks and cpu speed with some software,i did everything ..removing cmos ..jumper settings.. but i found one thing.. if i keep it in jumper and switch it on..the fans spin and stops ..but nothing when normal jumper pins ..i am confused now whats the jumper and whats not ? thanks for replying..by the way what was your bios chip ,did you try any reflashing?
