We have a software for converting images into PDFs, and we are facing some issue in regards with the overall conversion process.

We figured that there is a huge number of bugs in the code that are causing failure.

Is there a way to evaluate the overall code quality of the software before the test phase of the tools begins, So that the mitigation process gets a lot easier?
