Just as the title says I have a white "cloud" on my LCD monitor, unsure if it can be resolved or if i should just get a new monitor. I am using a samsung syncmaster 931bw
Any idea as to what might have caused it? I believe that it is caused by too much back light leaking onto the LCD panel(something like that); but i haven't got the slightest clue as to why it has happened.
A new Samsung 19" screen can be had for $80 USD with free shipping (and probably less if you spend more than the 10 seconds of shopping I did). So assuming you find the problem and order the parts to fix it, I still don't know that it would be worth it.
