Question HDD disconnect and reconnect automatically

2.5" HDD + USB/SATA adapter on the front port of the PC

I performed a surface scan with HD Tune without red blocks. After the test, and using the PC, the same HDD disconnected and reconnected a few times with the Windows 10 sound. This disconnection (eject) followed by connection causes bad sectors (badblocks) on the HDD. Is a new 3-hour surface scan necessary to check if the HDD has been damaged?

Before this event the surface test found no damaged blocks after this event sometimes automatically disconnects/reconnects the HDD will a new surface test of many hours be necessary to check if there was any problem or if it generated bad blocks and bad sectors?

Is the front panel USB port spec 3.0/3.1? If USB 2.0, max power delivery is limited to 500mA compared to 900mA for USB 3.0/3.1. You have the cheapest unbranded USB 3.0 external enclosure on the planet. Try with a USB 3.0 enclosure from a known reputable brand. Also try another USB 3.0 cable.

I don't know which brands are good and I don't have a lot of money to buy a very expensive case

The following brands (alphabetical order) appear to have availability in South America and Brazil, are familiar names that have been in operation for several years at least, all have manufacturer websites with support available:

Inateck
MAIWO (a.k.a. Kintec or Shenzhen KSY)
ORICO
Reletech Digital
Sabrent
SSK
StarTech
UGREEN
VANTEC
WAVLINK

Some of them obviously sourcing some product from the same contract OEM/ODM.

Edited to remove NEXSTAR as that appears to be a product line by Vantec, not a brand.

Edited to change WAVTECH to WAVLINK. 🤣

And I don't know. All names listed have manufacturer websites with product sales and support links.

Can anyone recommend a good brand USB 3.0 enclosure case for a 2.5" HDD without electrolytic capacitors in this case?
