I am planning to buy a new monitor for my rig. I got the AMD Radeon HD7900 Serier GPU.
I am looking for a monitor of 21'' or slightly bigger size.

Kindly suggest the best monitor
my budget is 15k INR. (can go up a little more, if there is something which is bang for the buck )
