I am a 22 years girl. My body is not fit. I am very weak.I have not enough knowledge of that issu. Now day by day i am hopeless about my health. Can you guys help me how to improve my body condititon?

This is super easy. Stop eating a standard American diet. Eat whole, non-processed foods only. Eliminate sugar, sugary drinks (including fruit juice), processed seed and vegetable oils, and exercise a bit. Eliminate or minimize alcohol. Reduce grains - especially processed grains (yes, this means bread and pasta). You are clearly in an inflammatory crisis and your food is almost certainly the culprit. Just those simple steps will start to reverse your inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction, and you should be feeling better within a few months.
