How are MSI Laptops? Thinking Modern 15

I am a content creator for a group of websites, mostly managing stuff and basic editing.

My eyes are on the MSI Modern 15, with 5500u, Backlit keyboard, IPS display and only 1.6 kg of weight.

Has anyone used MSI laptops?

1. How is the BUILD quality?
2. How are their service centers?

That's a piece of junk if you're looking for good specs.

Need some more info on what you plan on actually plan on using it for. If all you're doing is "managing stuff" then just get a tablet. If you're looking to get into some more serious graphical manipulation you'll want a better panel for better color saturation. Better CPU / GPU to power through renderings / processing.

Thanks for replying. Your advise was correct. I went with the Thinkpad series by customizing display, keyboard and battery. The build quality is amazing.

PS - It took a month to get it delivered, which is the usual time for custom Thinkpad laptops.

I got my ADL from https://rjtech.com/shop/index.php?d...&category_id=220&subcats=Y&features_hash=V294 in under a week. Feels like it's built like a tank. Waiting on the custom panel that's mini led UHD to swap it out from CN directly.
