How does NVIDIA DGX Station get display outputs when it uses Tesla cards?

Motherboard is ASUS X99-E-10G WS. CPU and motherboard do not have integrated GPU. The 4 Tesla cards occupy and block all PCI Express slots. Tesla cards do not have display outputs. So, how are there display outputs?

Alternatively, how can a 5th GPU be added to:

The internal photos in your second link make it look like the tesla cards are 1 slot each. (Easy enough to cram them together like that when you're using liquid cooling.) So there are free slots for a graphcs card too.
