Question Normal with Coil Whine at 1000 FPS for a two years old GPU

Considering buying an Asus ROG-STRIX-RTX2060-O6G-Gaming. It is stated that there is Coil Whine when it reaches fps of 1000. Is it common with graphics cards of the type which is approx. one to two years old?
Or should I get a discount on the price?
