Question Recommendations for quiet triple-headed graphics card

I'm looking for a graphics card for my editing/recording workstation which has three monitors. Because I often do voice-over work, keeping fan noise low is a priority. I don't play games with this machine, but I do run reasonably high resolution monitors and do some video editing.
Whenever I search for this, I always get drowned in high-end, 3D based cards with massive fans and power usage. Any recommendations for a card that has enough power/RAM for three monitors, but otherwise low power/cooling would be appreciated!
 
Matrox Parhelia should be at the top of your list.

Since you do video work (I presume) that limits you to Nvidia unfortunately (sorry AMD). For my video workstation I have an ASUS 2070 super it does what I want, mostly. Wish it had more video memory though. I'm going to wait until early next year to upgrade by then the latest generation cards will have worked themselves out.

@nitts99 what sort of computer do you have?
Depending on what you have, you may be able to use a combination of IGP and a cheap passive.
What resolution are your three monitors as well? What connection options do you have on the three monitors? VGA? DVI? DP? HDMI?
 
Z370 based system with i7-8700.
Monitors are two 1440 and one HD although I'm looking to upgrade them soon, likely to 4k range.

Current ports are all HDMI.

Wondering if two double cards isn't the easier way to go?

i second ^

You could also get a DP to HDMI adapter for monitors which do not have DP inputs.
Just note that some of these adapters are one way... meaning they are meant to be plugged into a DP port on a video card, and then a HDMI cable to the monitor. If you want something where u can plug a DP port on the monitor and HDMI on the video card you want a bidirectional adapter.
