Robotron cabinet - need help IDing the audio IO card

Hello - I have a Robotron/Joust arcade cabinet running PC emulator boards and the audio crapped out. I need help IDing the audio IO card used and sourcing a replacement. Can anyone ID this component and suggest a replacement? Thanks!
