Server requirement for ncomputing 30+ user

Hi,
i am currently planning to install ncomputing mx100s thin client for 30+ users in a school for the computer lab.
As for the server, i have not decided whether to go for branded or assembled but have no idea what system requirement would best suit my needs.
The Computer lab is mostly for educational purpose, browsing, learning ms office and programming language c, c++ etc.
With this in mind i would like to know the best configuration for my server to support 30+ users smoothly.
Help and suggestions would be deeply appreciated
