Hopefully AMD and AIB partners have figured out how to make it with no or little coil whine. That's the only issue I had with my R9 Nano.

Well, it was also a little conservative with thermal management, but it made sense for a card that mostly was intended for SFX builds, where you don't want that heat to be dumped onto other components, especially with the hybrid blower system. The Vega RX Nano shouldn't run too hot if it's based on the 56 (looks like it is if those are stock speeds).
