Hi all,
I have a phenom II x2 unlocked to x4.
My question is simple, what is the best GPU $80 can buy, used GPU.
Also I live in EU.
Deals or forums links where people are selling cards for this price would be appreciated.

You can check out the For Sale sub-forum here, but most of them are U.S. only postings. For $80, you probably are looking at a GTX 960 or thereabouts. But I'm not familiar with any EU used hardware sites, so maybe see if they have something similar to Craigslist like we have here.
 
Phenom 2 x4 with no overclock would be a good match for a gtx950
with cpu overclock would be ok for a gtx960 4gb.
If you lived in the US, I would sell you my gtx960 4gb which is working great in my old q9550 @ 3.8 system.
 
Like @UsandThem said, we do have a FS/FT (WTB) forum here, but the vast majority of sellers here are from the USA.

As for what you could get for that price, I sold a GTX950 2GB GDDR5 last week for around that.
