I don't like turkey but that looks good!Pulled the wings off the smoker to see were I was at. They have that nice pink color that I love to see when smoking poultry especially on the dark meat. Taste is spot on but the skin could be a little more crisp. Juices are running clear and the fat has fully rendered.

It's uncooked packet ramen noodles that I break up a bit and put into a plastic container. No seasoning. Almost burned the kitchen down, but it's worth it.
