.. let's be honest, we're not that serious about pasta shapes. Maybe some guys freak out if you put their bolognese on fettuccine instead of tagliatelle, but around Rome, we eat spaghetti anything. Spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti vongole, spaghetti amatriciana, whatever man.
Crisp potatoes, good eggs, fantastic green chili sauce is what it takes, imho. Fresh queso fresco. Shaved.Who here has a really good breakfast burrito recipe? The ones I've tried making have been underwhelming.
