Which access point would be the best fit?

We are looking to set up our new office space consisting of 2 floors each of 1800 sq.ft. What kind of wireless access point should I be looking into?. The number of devices would be in the 200-300 range.
 
I recently got a pair of Sophos AP's to replace my Cisco Meraki's. Much better signal strength and they get auto configured by my UTM. Makes for a nice centralized setup.
