Question Needing help remembering the trade

I went to job corps some years ago and took cable networking. The instructor used some very informational books on copper and fiber optics, in separate books. I can't get ahold of my instructor or any of the other students. Can anyone suggest a high quality book on the trade so I can relearn? We worked on 110 blocks, 66 blocks, I learned the a and b standards, the purpose of pair twisting and a fairly decent amount of more technical stuff then a bit of the physical aspect of pulling the cable and routing it. But I want to find "the best" book on the technical aspects of copper cable networking. Thanks in advance.
