It's true. I expect it to finally crash after the Q2 earnings, however you can never know with this meme stock. It might pump if they actually release their taxis (no matter in what form), or if Musk leaves DOGE in May. I'd never actually put my money on the stock though, it's way too risky.

What does China gain by seizing the Tesla factory? Besides scaring off foreign investors in China and exposing Chinese companies with foreign assets to having them seized. One sure way for a company to scare off foreign investors is to start nationalizing foreign companies assets. Besides China has a lot of other ways to make Tesla/Elmo life's difficult in China besides seizing factories.

And what results has the DOE delivered? Abysmal, out of 4 top countries the USA spends more per student and ranks 40th in student outcome. Something is broken and the DOE has not delivered.

Very blue state and yes, educated by my own initiative, college degree I paid for with some help as a college scholarship wrestler, successful, and willing to look at all sides, especially the results. What are the results of the DOE in USA education and student performance? The bottom of the barrel while at the top per student investment. The definition of insanity is to keep doing what you have done while students fail. I for one would like to see students succeed and compete. Let the DOE focus on areas that help students, not equity. I'm all for equality.
