8750h vs 8850h and vPro

Hey people, I am in the market for a new laptop and I will get one with Intel's latest chips. The thing is that other than 100mhz difference in clock speeds the only other difference between 8750h and 8850h is that the latter supports vPro, as it has been reported in many news articles. But what every single article fail to mention is WHAT is the vPro and WHY it should matter. It's incredible how those articles all feel like a copy paste of one another. Should I spend a little extra on the 8850h for this tech? Does this V stand for virtualization or something? Because I do need to run some VMs and if it means better performance for them I'd sure grab the 8850h.

tl,dr: What is vPro and is it worth getting the 8850h over the 8750h for it?
 
It's kind of vague, if you look at the description on the Intel ARK. I believe the big thing is that there is more remote management capability. the 8750h supports VT-x and VT-d so you will be all set for virtualization.
