OK its cyber monday do i build or wait until q2 2020? and if i build, im looking for something with:

I primarily play your yearly CoD and Rocket League, with some Space Engineers. and usually have 7-10 chrome tabs open one running either YT or Twitch. Any help filling the gaps is appreciated!

CPU: $200-$300 (im no longer stuck on intel but need something that will make it another 7 years in theory)
MB: <$200 not looking for RGB maybe just green but needs to be a black MB
SSD: <$120 1TB for storage M.2
SSD: <$100?MB for OS M.2 (so MB needs 2 M.2 slots)
Cooler: NZXT 280mm AIO
GPU: GTX 8GB 1070
PSU: EVGA - SuperNOVA 750
RAM: <$200 32GB Non-RGB 3000+?

Happy holidays! and Thank YOU!

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Dn328M

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor ($299.99 @ Walmart)
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE ATX AM4 Motherboard ($149.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($69.98 @ Amazon)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($82.99 @ Newegg)

Total: $762.94

You might consider the Samsung 970 Pro (I'm biased, I admit it) over the Adata offering. Your boot drive is not where you want to go "less expensive."
