Android phones: MicroSD card slots and headphone sockets are on the way out, not sure how I feel about that

My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra I purchased at launch. It has 512 GB storage which is more than I could ever need.. From time to time, I usually transfer all my photos and videos to a usb stick.. This phone has done me well, and do not plan on getting another until it stops working completely. The price was a bit spicy $1600 plus t,he most I have even paid for a phone, and paid all in cash at the time, plus factory unlocked.
