Any recommendations for a headset (ie. headphones + mic), USB or BT, noise cancelling pref.?

My wife works in an office environment that is sometimes noisy and she's a bit lost in the selection and brands available. Does anyone here have any recommendations?

I don't recall ever buying a headset for myself before so I don't have much to bring to the table.
