are there any open-source alternatives to digital drawing apps out there:

well i am looking forward to any recommendation in that field:

btw: There aren't many open-source digital drawing apps for tablets. and i think its pretty hard
to find some open source APPS that work on a tablet.

note : i have a alldocube iplay mini 50

If your tablet has wifi there's plenty of tools online: draw.io, excalidraw, penpot to name a few.

Penpot looked super interesting to me with its "graphics as code" concept but I found it to be really heavy for my device.
