Hello all. I'm having a hell of a time with this software... Well, actually, I'm just stuck on something in the DVD creation process. First I tried Ashampoo Burning Studio 12, and ran into this problem. Then I tried version 23, and had the same problem.
Here's the problem. I'm attempting to create an animated menu for the DVD I'm creating. First time I tried, when I browsed to the folder the video was in, it didn't show in the folder. I did some research, and discovered that Ashampoo requires that the video used for an animated menu must be either an Mpeg-4 or an h.264 file. So I converted the video to both required formats. But *still* they do not show in the folder when I browsed to select the video I'm using for my animated menu..
Could someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, in advance.
