Hello,

Latest Asus bios for p8h61-i R2.0 reports high voltage with hd-plex 160w DC to ATX PSU. It froze when it got to Windows 10.

This is a pic of what is troubling me.

I changed the motherboard EEPROM to the latest bios from an Ebay store. It was 0605 before, but I can't find that version on the ASUS.com website. I bought the board on Ebay too, so I'm a little suspect of it. It's a little warped and sometimes the screen flashes colors when I don't use a graphics card. I bought the HD-plex from the supplier on Amazon.com.

That was the first mistake

Yes! Is this a used board? What was the voltage prior to the change? Get a DVM and check the voltage instead of relying on the sensors. The 3.3 is close enough. Check the 5V and 12V at a molex connector.

Yes, It's a used board. Also from E-bay. The on board graphics overheat/fail to produce flashing colors. Then no boot until fully cooled or some other reason that "time off" seems to affect. I have a Thermaltake PSU tester.
