ASUS RT-AC3200 and Hulu access

Since the latest firmware, it seems I am having difficulty logging into hulu's service. It happens on my phone when on wifi and also with the fire TV and Roku. All give me an error to the effect of check your internet connection.

Should I go back to the previous firmware can I. I was curious if anyone else has the same firmware I do and if they also have hulu issues.

I also wanted to know if I needed to open or forward ports and what specifically what ports need to be opened for it to allow communication with hulu's services. On my phone I can sign in under Verizon's network but if I'm on wifi, I can't even sign in.

Netflix, PS Vue and normally internet can login without an issue.

NOT using a VPN on the router.

Current firmware version: 3.0.0.4.382.50624

Thanks everyone for any assistance.
