I have Microsoft Dreamspark key for windows 10 but i have already used it on my PC and my friend’s laptop.

Can i deactivate the key on my PC and use it on my laptop (with DOS)

Can i use windows 8 key(from dreamspark) to install windows 10 on my laptop?

Dreamspark has its own rules. I don't have it, but the best thing you can do is try it and see. Since it already worked for your friend's laptop, odds are it will work for yours.

They dont really have a way to deactivate the keys, you would just have to install it and if it fails the automatic activation, you would have to call the activation number to get it activated

Probably not as the Free Upgrade offer has ended which would have allowed you to active a Win7 or Win8.1 keys for the upgrade

You could probably install 8 on your laptop and then use the assistive technologies path to upgrade to 10 if it won't directly accept the 8 key during installation..
