Can't see well full blurry BIOS screen

Interesting. I did the bios update on my X670E Aorus Master and was greeted by the same visual redesign, however mine is very clear (moreso than before).

I'd try switching video outputs, display inputs, and/or potentially what type (e.g. if using DP, try HDMI). Might just be a bug where it's detecting the wrong resolution at POST, such as 640x480 or 800x600 so the UEFI is rendered at that low resolution.

There's a button on the rear IO of your motherboard to reset the CMOS. Power the system off, unplug it from mains (or switch the PSU switch off), press and hold the button for 15-20 seconds, then turn it back on.

If that doesn't work, I would get F11 bios and flash it via the QFlash+ method.
