Has anyone used Webmin?

I was looking af Amazon Web Services and notice they have this installed in their instances. I never new about Webmin until I read about that and it looks like a brilliant way to configure your server rather than typing in so many damn commands. The Dev who coded the thing coded back in 2003 I think it was. Why haven't I heard of this before! 🙂

I tried it way back in the day, it was nice, but I don't think it's really maintained, the last time I tried it it felt really incomplete and buggy.

I had started a project to create something sorta like it (though more like cpanel) then got uninterested and never ended up getting far with it. I need to consider it again, every time I setup a Linux machine I feel that the whole process could be so much faster if it could be automated in a consistent way through some wrapper software that does everything for you.
