Help with PSU Amp ratings

Hi. I don't know much about power supplies and Amp ranges. I can only find an Enhance ENP-replacement with the correct wire connections to replace a Seventeam ST-220FUB-05E for an OWC Rack Array. The amps are off a bit between the two and I'd like to know if it might be an issue. I'm using two modex and one floppy connections. The ratiings are below.
Thanks

Enhance ENP-70258
+3.3V(13v) +5V(14A) +12V1(18A) +12V2(18A) -12V(0.3A) +5Vsb(2A)

SevenTeam ST-220FUB-05E
+3.3V(14A) +5V(12A) +12V(14A) -12V(0.5A) +5VSB(2A)

Thanks. But I would like to know if the slight variations in the amp ratings will cause a problem. Does a higher amp rating mean that it can handle more current and thus is permissible over one with a lower amp rating? (eg. +5V(14A) in the new Enhance vs +5V(12A) in old SevenTeam.
