I use Open-Shell, which is the first thing I found to replace Classic Shell, but here's a link to a Tom's Hardware article with options:

I'm beginning to wish I'd been born to die before microcomputers were first introduced. That means I could've wound up on a beach in Normandy. But I am SO DAMN WEARY OF KEEPING UP WIT DIS SHEE-IT!
