The Chinese can already sail through the Straits. Turkey apparently said that one of its ships got through fine.

If India and China can sail through the Straits without issues that should alleviate oil shortages for South East Asia. Maybe even Singapore. Australia gets most of its refined fuel from Singapore.

that oil/gas will be going to domestic markets in India and China, not to SE Asia, unless they start making deals with Iran like Pakistan/India have done

it can be diverted from other places perhaps if they pay a pretty $ for it, economies there are gonna be turbo fucked until the supply lines become fully open but even that will take a while

SE Asian refineries are also geared for the Gulfs light crude oils. Heavy crude from alternate sources just wont do.

They should tell him that if he wants their help, permanently end all tariffs. And we will think about it. But most of Europe still has "battered wife syndrome".

Nobody in their right mind should ever trust/depend on Donald Trump. And by putting such a POS in the oval office twice, people abroad are rightly concerned about even considering trusting the American people. Such a stupid, tragic and obvious conclusion to this shit show.

Putin's plan is working perfectly.

It's difficult. This conflict is affecting everyone, we all need the Strait open.
It's not our war but if affecting us and no one has any confidence that Trump can clean up the mess that he made.
