The IRGC has no qualms when they kill their own citizens, do you expect to not to escalate like that on their enemies when those are escalating too?
That's the issue and my personal fear: that Iran now has reasons to escalate further. Even worse if considering that Israel is killing the sane ones in charge.

Chemical weapons are a bit shit against troops. They are great for terrorising a civilian population but that's not going to help Iran.
I've seen no evidence that they have any need or desire to use those.

You are right, the issue is maybe is what the Gorilla in charge (Trump) is buying to. Israel is putting Iran as Mordor and Israel tells that USA's mission is to destroy it.

Iran won't go that far, still, I start to wonder if Israel is really attacking only Iran or is preparing sabotages to keep the war active.

I suggest you try to pay attention to actual valid non-establishment sources. Yes, it will take some time to vet them and look up the sources they cite... but these days trusting any cable news source exclusively is a bit (imho) naive.

I checked on some AI motors and damn... the Swiss commited a mistake by signing a contract that heavily benefits the US. And considering the situation I don't expect seeing the weapons being delivered in at least 5 years.
