Is a 620W psu enough for a 449W system

It should be ok, based on the power consumption in this review:

But I have to ask, if you are buying higher-end components, why skimp so much on the PSU that is only bronze rated, and is an entry-level unit that doesn't score particularly high? You can get a much better gold PSU for not that much more money, that will be more efficient, be better built, and give you a much longer warranty.

I strongly agree. For high end and near high end builds Gold rated PSUs are the minimum to get.

I agree too.

Recently, as in Nov. 2018, I acquired two Rosewill Capstone 80Plus Gold 650W PSUs for $44.99 ea., and a pair of EVGA G1+ 80Plus Gold 650W for $59.99 from EVGA_official on ebay. The Capstone have a 5-year warranty and Jpn. caps, the EVGA G1+ have a 10+2 year warranty, and Jpn. caps too.

If I could depend on getting those Rosewill 80Plus Gold PSUs even at a lower wattage at that price II would be using them for low end builds.
