Question Is the disk good for torrent downloads? 4TB?

The only kind of technology that potentially wouldn't be good for torrenting data to/from is a very cheap USB flash drive. I say potentially because it depends on the throughput that's expected from your torrents.

Most SSDs should be able to handle bittorrenting at pretty high speeds and still be 99% idle.

The "4TB" bit is how much capacity it has. How much capacity do you need it to have?

The 990 EVO Plus is a DRAM-less SSD so it's probably not an ideal choice as a OS boot drive.
