when btc hits $10k, i'm going all in (with spare cash) into microstrategy (de facto bitcoin surrogate) since i have no idea how to buy btc directly.
nor do i want to jump thru the hoops/fees to do so

tbh i wish i wasn't right

got like .2 btc and 2 eth

just in case they're worth a bajillion dollars someday
I bought a few hundred dollars of Nano, btc, ltc, and eth back in 2018 for the same reason. Haven't transacted any of it. The Nano and ltc look like complete losses at this point.

stock split or just it just crash hard (b4 even Musk wrote about taking over twitter)?
3 to 1 stock split. Now you need to update your old memories. It spiked up to $400.

I'm sure he's fine. I remember him saying he set aside more than enough that he could lose all of his investments and still be rich.

"one dollar, bob!"

We did "Price Is Right" style rules for this competition, so Brianmanahan obviously won the contest this year. I don't think that we need to wait another week to call it!

I guess that we should congratulate him for successfully predicting the great crypto meltdown of 2022. Unfortunately, Dogecoin dropped about as bad as everything else, so his "prize" of 10 Dogecoin so now worth about 70 cents. Sorry about that.

Feel free to PM me on Reddit with your Dogecoin wallet address if you want to collect. I don't post here anymore, but you can still get a hold of me there.

Later,
"Bob"
