Malibu - Engine Stuck on Cold and No AC - FIXED

Looking for some ideas - 2010 Chevy Malibu, right at 100k miles, 2.4 i4.

I am coming home from work today and everything is fine. Stopped at the drug store, and when I get back in and start the car, I notice that the AC isn't cold. Some further glances and I see that the temp gauge is stuck at the bottom (Cold). It was a 20-minutes drive from work in 5-o'clock traffic, so that shouldn't be the case. Once I get home I turn it off and back on, but no change. I also turn the AC on and off and notice that the compressor isn't doing anything.

No warning lights either. Do you folks have any ideas?

Appreciate any and all input!

Well, that was a quick fix. There was some crud between the battery post and the connector. Cleaned it out and everything is back to normal 🙂

And if I hadn't posted anything I'd be googling it for days, lol. Just how things work out simetimes.
