Odd that the mid section doors are wider than the lower doors but the cabinet is the same size.
Other than the AI stroking out on the doors, and forgetting the hinges, it's not a bad setup. I'd have done pullouts in the mid section as well.

Also just noticed that it appears that the fridge doors won't open far enough to access any pull out's.

Most likely not AI:

* There's a gap between the fridge to allow for the doors to angle out
* Lower doors are just angled differently in the photos
* The hinges can be seen in different photos:
