RX480 No Signal

Hey Everyone,

About a month ago I added in a RX480 to my current PC. Since then I’ve been having a problem where everytime I turn the PC on the monitors output no signal. Occasionally it boots properly with output to monitors. When it is on everything works perfectly fine. Before I added the GPU I didn’t have this issue. (Was using integrated graphics before)

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G
MB: Gigabyte AX370M-DS3H
RAM: 8GB
PSU: 650W Gold EVGA
GPU: Sapphire RX480-8GB Nitro

When you turn the machine on, but have no signal, does it seem like the machine is actually booting up?

Possibilities I can think of in the order I would suspect
1 - Power supply is flaky
2- Video cable is flaky
- Can you try a different cable
- Can you try a different port ( HDMI->DisplayPort)
3 - The card is flaky

Replace HDD with SSD if you have any?

Besides, did you plug in the 8 pin power for the GPU?

And how old is your PSU? Also did you try to contact Sapphire ?
