If you just need display outputs, then this will do that. Otherwise, this is a bottom-of-the-barrel video card, and I would NOT recommend. You would likely be better-served by a GT710, which I've seen as low as $25 or so shipped.

Edit: Nevermind, this is NOT a deal. Requires DSM59 connector. Garbage corporate off-lease card.

I noticed it when I opened a link on that Ebay page to another seller's listing for the same card to see the photo that Newegg's listing doesn't have, and the single port caught my eye. Once I checked the specs, I vaguely remembered having read about this sort of output, but at first glance it just seemed bizarre that any video card could have just a single output...
 
DMS59 is a single, large connector, that has cables that split off to two DVI-D ends. (Unsure whether those are dual-link, or single-link, or if they carry analog VGA-compatible signals too.)

Right, I'm just not used to looking at (much less using) cards with that connector so, from a quick glance at the non-closeup photo, I assumed it was just a single DVI connnector.

(Unsure whether those are dual-link, or single-link, or if they carry analog VGA-compatible signals too.)

I won't swear to it, but I am pretty sure DMS59 is in fact VGA-compatible as well.

I have a DMS59 to dual VGA adapter, I guess its possible not all DMS59 ports support it, but I suspect they all do.
 
I somehow doubt that they are true refurbs. Not in these numbers. Probably nearly-unsellable New Old Stock, or the found a bunch of these GPU dies cheap somewhere and made a cheap run of cards with them. (Though, given memory prices, and these have 1GB of GDDR5, that doesn't sound so cheap to me.)

(I've run into this quite a few times with SSDs, being sold as NOS, without warranty, as a "factory refurb".)

Edit: I've learned that these may be the same card, effectively (but with different firmware or signature) as a GTX640 1GB GDDR5 card. Maybe that's what these are, unsold GTX640 cards, re-flashed and sold as refurb without warranty as GT 730 cards.

Either way, I found a video on YT that purported to be from a rig running a GT 730 1GB GDDR5 card, and it looked plenty playable at whatever settings and on whatever CPU that they were running. (Likely a quad-core of some sort, or better.)

That was really promising, to see that you could even play GTA V on a GT 730 1GB GDDR5 variant at all.

I think that it will make my pair of Ryzen 3 1200 rigs running at 3.80Ghz happy campers, they should play GTA V fairly well, even if you have to turn down some graphical effects.

Realistically, I should be putting in GTX 1060 3GB GDDR5 cards, but with prices what they are, these are more "productivity first" (with M.2 PCI-E SSDs), and "gaming second". Would remove the OC if selling to businesses.

Should be decent though. Also looking forward to dropping a pair of these into my relatively ancient Core2Quad rigs. I've got GT 630 (Kepler, GT 730 equiv.) cards in there now, 1GB DDR3-800 RAM. No good for gaming.

Got a pair of R7 260X 2GB cards to drop in too, if someone needs more "gaming grunt".

Sold all of my GTX1050 and 1050ti cards.

Here's a couple of 2GB GDDR5 GT 730 cards, which should be BETTER for gaming than the 1GB Zotac cards. Granted, they are also close to $70, which is almost twice the price. (Sold by Newegg)

Edit: Now it hits me, don't buy these, the GT1030 cards are newer architecture, have 2GB GDDR5, and are twice as fast in benchmarks as the GT 730 GDDR5 versions, in YT videos I've seen.

You know, I think we should no longer have to settle for 7xx nvidia and 4xx radeon cards these days... those should be relegated to the overstock bins, but then again, how long did TNT cards get flogged by retailers? Seems like prices have been kept artificially high for the past 5 or 6 years. 2GB GT 730 cards should be around $20~30 tops these days.
 
(link deleted. Seems like the only listing on ebay for a 2GB variant of that card, so appears to be a typo.)

Figures, there IS a 2GB varient. These should be actually legit for light gaming, for $5 more.

Sigh, and I bought five of the 1GB versions already.

I am always on the lookout for something to upgrade from my old radeon HD 5770 but when I search for a comparison most of the low cost newer ones are only marginally better or worse than my old card.
But while looking up the GT 1080 you mentioned I came across this one with 4 gb GDDR5.
Good deal or am I missing something?
