Upgrading HTPC for 4K movies

Hello;

Am thinking of upgrading my current HTPC but not sure of what to upgrade.
I want to watch 4K content 60Hz and stream 4K from Netflix (No gaming and no VR)

Current Setup:
  1. TV: 55' Sony Bravia X90E (Has HDR)
  2. CPU: i5-660K
  3. MB: Asus X170 Pro-Gaming
  4. RAM: Corsair DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 2133
  5. STORAGE: 1TB Samsung 850 Evo M.2 SSD
  6. VGA: Evga GTX 460 SE
  7. PSU: Corsair RX600
What is confusing is I recently heard of MadVr which apparently is a better playback but requires a good gpu. I was going to upgrade my vga to GTX 1050ti 4gb but heard madvr requires stronger gpu a 1060 or 1070.

Any pointers?

Honesty, you'd probably be better off asking that kind of question in that thread. Personally I haven't messed with it much.
