What first world problem did you have today?

I'm conducting interviews for an entry level position in one of my divisions I oversee. It's an entry level position so there's going to be some applicants "screened" by HR that will have no business being interviewed. I feel like entry level positions are some of the most awkward ones to conduct. At least for higher level/more experienced interviews you can get more into the subject matter and have conversations about things, but entry level is a complete crapshoot.

Yea this is true. I just feel like there's more of the awkward silence or the rambling on type of situations where you sort of have to coach them up a bit or cut them off to move on. That happens in any interview of course, but I feel it happens more so for entry level.

The home AC was not cooling, but fans run and the capacitor is fine.

AC guy dropped by and took a look.. Oops, the t-meter is stuck and it is a mechanical issue. Luckily it is still under the two years parts and labor warranty (two months to go!). However, they have to order the part...

I put a 6 pack of beer in a plastic ammo container-turned-cooler.

Got one out, let the lid on the ammo can slam slightly too hard, and it nicked the side of the beer can and put a hole in it. I had to use my thumb to block the hole. Thumb got wet.
