Hi folks,

I am looking to upgrade my current video card. Since price are dropping I would like to take advantage of it.

I play one game mainly and it's World of Warcraft. With my current set up and I am not planning on upgrading the cpu for at least another 2 years. I see that my best bet would be to go with a GTX 1060 according to http://thebottlenecker.com/#calculator anyways they say that the 1060 would only bottleneck at 9%

My question is should I get the founder edition of the gtx 1060 or go with the EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1060 SC GAMING ?

I am canadian and will probably buy at either a local shop http://www.canadacomputers.com/ or https://www.newegg.ca or Nvidia site if i get the founder edition.

Current system
CPU: I5-4670k not oc yet
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 FATAL1TY KILLER

Thanks for all your input.

Quite honestly you could get something cheaper and be fine. WoW isn't super hungry when it comes to graphic power. Ican play on nearly max settings with a mobile 860 in my laptop and I have no lag/tearing/artifact/pops

Just realized my first post didn’t quite make sense. I’ve changed it up. Should say “Settings nearly maxed”. That’s the problem with trying to type with my phone. 1050 TI will handle it just fine for you. And it is cheaper than the 1060.
