5000K bright white, or any shade in between

We got the 23 lights up across the basement, and we also mobilized my 500 Lb cabinet saw, planer, vac system and tools so I can set up shop.

I finally hooked up the Acrel CT meter included with my inverter. I put it out in the 200amp panel upstream of the main there to capture it before my future EV charger (s) in the carport. I split a Cat5 for the RSD switch and brought a pair into that panel for the RS485 communication with the inverter.

I split that cat5 as it came by the low voltage panel the other day and peeled out the blue and brown pairs for some other duties. Waste not want not.

The info is all there now.
the 3.5 import was from the heat pump running before sunup. That happened again after sundown and before midnight.
The PUD had it down for -45.92KWh that day, which is a net number and jives with all this above and the heat pump running a bit.

So jealous of your setup! Our energy costs & our consumption is so inexpensive at this juncture its not economically viable here in KY.

it would not pay to pay somebody else to do it, but DIY it was easy to justify and also cool like having an Uber video card in 2000.

Same issue here. In mid summer with 2 AC's running nearly 24/7 we don't crack $250 a month.

The KWH price is around what I pay. My house is fairly new with a brick exterior and a gigantic attic.

painting our way down today and stripping and cleaning windows, setting the screens in.
I had to keep this glu-lam exposed, when wrapping it would be easier. it is the nature of the wood fever.

These windows will have a linear actuator, maybe a sensor and operated by home assistant.
Catx wire there for a weather cam zoomed in on Mt. Baker.

View from the elevator at the end of a long day.

The house is painted now and I stripped the beams.
This is the evening light playing reflections in that cupola above.
Viewed from inside the ensuite bath through an interior window opening. It gets a clear single pane to start, then we may lay some stained glass art on it if we find something we like.

The acreage next door is FSBO and would be a lovely home site. This is the view from the best spot, across our place and 75 miles to Baker. 6000 SQ miles of sky and water and mountains and weather.

I want to get it myself but I'm shot, done. Part of me says build a modern spec home and flip it. The rest of me says get your ass on the road and to Europe while you can.

If you can afford it and still do the other things you want to do, buy the land to protect your view. You can always sell it later if you need the money.
